It is a good device for the face, the heat and vibration are very relaxing. The cold mode is not very cold, I think they could improve this mode as well as the microcurrents, but for the price it's not bad. People with heart problems or metal plates cannot use this product.
A good massager; for me, the most effective mode seemed to be the current mode. As for phototherapy, well, maybe it does something, I'm not sure. I've used it too little to judge the results yet.
