Shipping

  • Australia: free tracked delivery on every order.
  • International: AU$20 flat-rate tracked delivery to New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, most of Europe, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Israel and the United Arab Emirates. If your country appears at checkout, we deliver there.
  • Delivery usually takes two to three weeks within Australia and two to four weeks internationally, from the day you order.
  • Your tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Duties and taxes: orders delivered outside Australia may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping and are the customer's responsibility.

If your tracking has not updated for a while or your parcel is running late, send us a note with your order number and we will look into it.

Change-of-mind returns

Not quite right? You can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, skincare that has been opened or used cannot be returned for change of mind.
  • Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer, including for international orders. We recommend a tracked service.
  • Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund your original payment method. Original shipping charges and any duties or taxes you paid are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a refund, and you will not pay for return postage.

How to start a return

  1. Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We reply with the return address and instructions.
  3. Send the item back, and we process your refund once it arrives.

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and any consumer law that applies where you live, which it does not limit or replace.
