1. About us
This website is operated by Sunday Glow, based in New South Wales, Australia. "We", "us" and "our" mean Sunday Glow. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not see or store your card details. Discount codes cannot be combined unless we say otherwise, and we may withdraw a promotion at any time before you order.
4. Delivery
We deliver within Australia and to the international destinations offered at checkout. Delivery within Australia is free; international delivery is charged at the flat rate shown at checkout. All orders are tracked. Delivery usually takes two to three weeks within Australia and two to four weeks internationally, from the day you order. Orders delivered outside Australia may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country, which are not included in our prices and are your responsibility. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
5. Returns and refunds
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Opened or used skincare cannot be returned for change of mind. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. 6. Using our products
Our products are for cosmetic use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition. Read and follow the instructions and safety information supplied with each product and shown on its product page. Patch test before first use. Do not use the Sculpt Wand's microcurrent function if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, epilepsy, or metal implants in your face. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, check with your doctor first. Results vary from person to person.
7. Product information
We try to describe and show our products accurately. Colours and packaging may differ slightly from the images on this site.
8. Reviews
Some reviews on this site were written by buyers of the same product through other retailers. Reviews reflect the opinions of the people who wrote them.
9. Your consumer rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits or replaces those rights. If you live outside Australia, you may also have rights under your local consumer law, which these terms do not limit.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products, and our liability is limited to replacing the product or refunding the price you paid. This does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Website use and content
You may use this website for personal shopping only. All content on this site, including text, images and the Sunday Glow name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you order applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
